Customer Question

My Olympus omd-3m1 has stopped taking photos. I can scroll through all menus, settings, etc, but there is no response when I want to take a picture. Is it a problem of Live View?

Hello. My name is***** can assist you with your question.

This usually only happens if the memory card in the camera is full or if it cannot write to it. What I would suggest doing is making sure the memory card and there is working and then going to the menu of the camera and formatting the card while it is in the camera. If you do this, you can be certain that the format of the card is compatible with the camera and that it is ready to take pictures. If it doesn't format, then you need to replace the card. Please let me know if this helps or if you have additional questions.
