Customer Question

Canon PC 1130: Abrupt change from fully functional. From one shot to the next, it stopped functioning. Now when I try to photograph something the result appears as only a clear scene on my viewfinder or, sometimes, with just a very, very faint image of the shot I was trying to get.

Hello, my name is Rusty. Remove the battery for 15 minutes. It sounds like your sensor's IC is on the fritz. Removing the battery will reset it, and hopefully clear up the problem. If it's static causing the error, this will clear it up. If it doesn't clear up, it will need system board repair.
