Hello my name is***** do not rate until we are finished. I look forward to assisting and am very sorry to hear that you are having this problem. Did you use a memory card?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
no memory card
Expert:  Freddy M. replied 1 year ago.

I really hate to say it but unfortunately if you did not use a memory card and it will not turn on we can not recover anything. If it had a memory card we would have been able to remove it and try to get the pictures off of that. If you have any questions at all reply and let me know. If not please don’t forget to leave a positive rating by clicking the stars/smileys for my help - it is greatly appreciated. Please note you are rating me only not this site or what can be recovered on damage cameras.

Correction, there is a memory card, I just removed it.

Ok good! Now as long as the contacts on it look ok you should be able to use a card reader like this one to get the pictures: Click Here

You put the card inside of this and then plug this into a usb port on your computer. Some computers have a slot built in so you may want to look for that as well.

Not all computers have one, if you do not you need the device in the click here link above.

If you have any questions at all reply and let me know.
