Hi there and welcome

What is the error you get when you try to download the pics to your computer?

Please let me know.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
No reply. I plug into the USB port and PicBridge(PTP) comes up in my camera like it usually does but nothing happens.
Expert:  Richard replied 1 year ago.

Ok, press the windows key + E

In the new window that opens, look on the left under This PC and you should see the camera listed there.

Let me know the results please.

Did what you said , nothing happened

I do not do phonecalls as its too hard to explain the steps but I can connect to your computer and do these steps for you, and have made a request via Additional Services. This is optional, and if you choose to do this, I can, with your permission, remote into your computer while you watch and do all these steps (and deal with any problems that arise during them) for you. Or if you do not choose to take this service, we can continue here. This is no problem at all. Just let me know please.
