I had been using greyscale because most of my printing is text. I now want to print color photos, and I am having an impossible time reverting to color. Please help!

Where in the process did you change to black and white or grayscale? Do you remember if it was in the application or if it was in the printer settings itself? Make sure you check both because this can be set in several different places and the settings are often indicated in different ways. For example, some models have an option called black ink only – and this is really for the purpose of only using a certain color ink if you do not want to use the other inks. But then there are also grayscale and black-and-white options that essentially achieve the same thing but go about it a different way. If you do change one of these settings, does it look different in any way?
