Hello. My name is***** can help you with your question.

I'm assuming that when you say film you are referring to the cartridge in the camcorder. In order to eject it, the camcorder requires full power. What I would suggest trying is using the eject switch while pressing down on the part that ejects out. You have to be careful in taking it out because it may be threaded through the heads of the camera. So don't just pull it out forcefully. If you can't access it this way, you may be able to take the cover off with the screwdriver if the screws are accessible. I would try plugging it into power and ejecting it that way.
