Hello, my name is Rusty. Sorry to hear you're having trouble, electronics cannot keep up with the new computer operating systems these days, so that leaves many devices incompatible with the newer systems. However, you can easily transfer the pictures with a card reader. Memory cards are compatible with every version of Windows, so you're not out of luck.

If your computer has a memory card slot, enter the card, and your folder will pop up. You will find your pictures in the DCIM folder.

If your computer doesn't have a memory card slot, click here. This plugs into your USB port, and will accept your memory card. Once you plug it in, your folder should come right up. From there, you can drag and drop your pictures to your computer, and the files will be successfully transferred.
