Customer Question

I bought a Nikon D7000 at Best Buy on 12-31-2014. I did not purchase a warrenty with it. I have used the camera 2 times and it is "too much"camera for me due to my limited vision. What can I do about this issue. I would like to exchange it for a Nikon camera I can use.

I am Pete, and I'll be happy to assist with your question today.
You can take the camera back to Best Buy and see if they will allow you to part-exchange it towards another camera.
However you would probably get more for it if you were to sell it privately, on somewhere such as eBay or Craigslist, and put the money towards a new camera.
