We got a AF Tokina 100mm Marcro Lens for our D3200 Nikon camera and the camera will not engage or shutter work. What do we do?

Check that the contacts on both the lens and the camera body are clean.
You can rub them with rubbing alcohol.
Then firmly re-attache the lens.
If it still won't engage then it will need to be returned or sent for repair.
