Hello and thanks for your question. I look forward to assisting you today with the best answer possible.

Let me clarify,

You want to buy a wrist watch and you want to know what all features one needs to look for when buying a wrist watch.

Customer: replied 2 years ago.

Hi there.

So I want is the best option for either a wristband or a watch that measures your sleep cycle and wakes you up around the time you set the alarm for. Either a little before or after when your sleep cycle is light so that way you wake up refreshed and energized

Will it be alright if I suggest you some APP which works exactly the way you want ?

Please let me know if you're only interested in gadgets.
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

How is the app going to measure my sleep?

Expert:  MD.SADIQUE replied 2 years ago.
You've to keep the phone right next to your pillow, the app will use your phone's accelerometer to track your sleep by motion monitoring, the app will know when you toss and turn and when you wake in the middle of the night.

Customer: replied 2 years ago.

Thanks for the answer. I really don't see that as being as effective as a wristband or watch.

What is the name of the app please?

And what is the most effective way of doing that please?

Could you please tell me if you're using an Android phone or an apple iPhone ?

Thanks for replying,In Android phone I would suggest you to try "Sleep cycle Alarm Clock". It monitors your movement during sleep using the extremely sensitive accelerometer in your phone and then finds the optimal time to wake you up. Its availabe in Play Store.Let me know how it goes!
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

I will try it. But it's hard to trust that. Let's say I am sleeping with someone else and the other person moves around a lot

Expert:  MD.SADIQUE replied 2 years ago.
I'll suggest you to keep the phone on your side and not inbetween. Don't worry just try if it doesn't works I'll recommend you a physical unit.

Hi sir. It does not work : (

Thanks for replying,

I would suggest you to go for Withings Aura". It is the best Sleep cycle alarm clock. It has been voted the number 1 sleep cycle alarm clock.

It has a contact-free sleep sensor tucked under the matress, a dynamic Bedside Device utilizing light and sound programs and a smartphone app. These all help the device to wake you up at the right time.

Please follow this link to see it for yourself:

Hi sir, thanks for the answer. I am very skeptical about this product since it has bad Amazon reviews and also you do not wear it. So it means you have a girlfriend or wife it might measure their sleep cycle? May I ask you why you decided to suggest me this one and not the ones o put on the wrist?

They also have alarm clocks that dont measure your sleep cycle but send off a gradual sunlight in the morning

Thanks for replying,

This is a new technology and at every moment upgradation/enhancements is going on. All the sleep cycle gadgets(wrist ones or the standalone) have similiar reveiws. Withings Aura is continously working on every feedback and is trying to reach their expectation; this is the reason why I suggested you.

Your wristband alarmclock will also be disturbed by someone sleeping next to you because one's hand is not in control while sleeping. On the other hand this withings aura will be tucked under the mattress at your side, chances of disturbance is less. It will also be more convenient/comfortable than a wrist band tied on your wrist.

If you still believe a wrist band will suit you better then let me know I will suggest you a good one.
