I have an hdr cx330e sony camera.the other night I was recording play for the school and had a buffer overflow.I have since formatted my 64gb card and have done a repair.I have to video again tonight.Xould it happen again?

It depends how reliable the card is.
If it just got corrupted once, then the formatting should leave it in good condition again.
If it is old and unreliable then you should use a new card for any important recordings.
