Customer Question

I have the Easy Share Z712 IS - it was my dad's and in working order when he gave it to me. I am now just getting around to using it and am having some issues - the only manual he has was in Spanish and no use to me.
Here are my issues
1 - the digital site on back is not working
2 - I take a picture then when I try to view it I get "there are no pictures on this device'
3 - it is fully charged
4 - memory card is in
Can you help me???

Hi, thank you for contacting My name is Russell. I will do my best to provide the right answer to your question.
I must be frank and state that the camera sounds as if it is 'broken' in some fashion. Being unable to access a picture you just took is somewhat indicative of that.
However, you could double-check
A. whether the memory card, removed from the camera and inserted into a computer's card reader, has the picture(s) on it that you took to test the camera, and
B. whether you were trying to review pictures from the internal memory or built-in memory, or were trying to review pictures on the memory card. If you were trying to review the wrong storage facility, in other words, that might be the one that no picture was stored in or written to when you took the picture.
