Hello and thank you for your question, I look forward to helping you with your issue today. Are you talking about how the photos are numbered?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
Yes, I mistakenly deleted and formatted the camera and now numbering is starting at 0001. I don't want it at 0001 I want to start it at 4000

Are you there?
Expert:  Dan replied 2 years ago.
I'm here.
Expert:  Dan replied 2 years ago.
About the only option is Sequential file numbering as long as you enable it, the camera will pickup where it left off. Since you formatted it, I'm afraid you will have to start over.

You might be able to trick it?

Still with me?

Every time I tried to talk with you I got another charge on my credit card to the tune of about 3 or 4. I already told you I had deletetd and formatted and that the camera was at 0001. I wanted to know how to set a specific number and all you did was say i couldn't then by creating a new question ( which was my first question) led me to believe there was a way I could do it. That's what I wanted to know in the first place. Now I'll have to pay again and again and again it seems to get a specific answer
Expert:  Dan replied 2 years ago.
Not true and I am not sure what is happening but you only pay once per question. How much have you paid so far?
Expert:  Dan replied 2 years ago.
If you have paid more than your original amount, I will make sure you get a refund.
Expert:  Dan replied 2 years ago.
If you have reset the number sequence, then there is no way to advance it short of taking multiple blind shots to roll the counter forward.
