Hello and sorry you're having problems. In order to transfer the pictures to your computer you'd connect the camera using the mini USB to USB cable provided with the camera. Then go into your start menu and select "Devices and Printers", then open the camera software by clicking on the Polaroid icon and simply transfer the photos to "My Pictures" on your computer. The link below is also helpful to view for Windows-based PC's: you are on Ebay listing an item, when you click on "Add Pictures", this brings up a dialog box which prompts you to "Add from your files", which clicking on will bring up "My Pictures", and you then simply click on the picture you want to add.
