Hi, thank you for contacting My name is Russell. I will do my best to provide the right answer to your question.You need to use the 'Trim' option, which is listed on the RETOUCH MENU about third from top after the options forD-LightingRed-Eye Correction and you use the function by these methods: use the +/- button to zoom in or outuse the command wheel to cycle through aspect ratio choicesuse the four arrow keys on the multi-selector to move the crop area around on the picture(and, lastly:)use the OK button to save the crop area as a new JPEG picture file. I recommend page 152 of the reference manual for the camera for your perusal, as to this feature. (In your PDF viewer, page 152 of the manual is page 168 of 228.)
