Customer Question

I have Nikon D3000, hadn't used in a few months, battery appeared to be fully charged camera is not coming on, was having some problem with camera shuttle taking double shots before I stop using it. Now I can't get it to come on, what do you think is wrong?

Hi there, Even though the battery appears to be fully charged, if it has not been used for a few months it will need to be discharged and recharged a few times before it can store its full capacity of charge. If there is no sign of life from the camera at all, even after discharging and recharging the battery, then try using a different battery.
