Hello, my name is Rusty. I can help you. The camera must be connected to your router. There are a series of steps to take, to make sure your camera communicates with your network. Click here. Notice that you must do the work on your computer first, then you can connect your camera. Let me know if you have any trouble.

Hi, sorry for the delay. I had computer problems. All is well now.I see where the directions are messed up. First, connect your camera to your network by going to the wireless settings in setup. Select your network, enter your password, and connect. Once you are connected, the PC Auto Save function will be available.
