Hi there and welcome. I'm sorry to hear about your issue. I will try and give you an accurate and precise answer.

What version of Windows are you using on your computer?

Please let me know so that we can continue.

Customer: replied 3 years ago.

This is a Dell Dimension L series and I think it is a 6. I was always able to bring up the pictures in the past.

Ok, I'm assuming Windows Vista maybe? Or Windows 7?

Please let me know so that we can continue.

Customer: replied 3 years ago.

Sorry for thedelay. This computer is acting up again.

It is windows.

I know it is Windows :)

I was trying to find out WHICH version.

Let's forget that for a moment.

On the computer, press the Start button (bottom left) and in the search box, type in the following:

That is asterisk dot j p g

Then hit enter.

It should find every image file on the computer.

Let me know.

Thank you so much. Most of the pictures came up and a lot of junk that needs to be deleted. I had added some pictures yesterday of myself and non of those were in the mix.

Will I need to do the search with *.jpg every time I want to view or send the pictures?

No. What you want to do is organize them. Google has a great free program called Picasa. You can download it >>>HERE<<<

It will sort all your JPGS out into albums which you can then edit and modify to you preferences.

I have used it for over 5 years.

Then just import and sort your new photos every time you use your camera.

I'll be here if you need further help with this issue. Please let me know.
