I have three JVC GZ HD7 camcorders that I would like to know

Resolved Question:

I have three JVC GZ HD7 camcorders that I would like to know where to send to have them brought back to factory specs. I really like the cameras, but was wondering if there is a firmware update on them. Also I notice when I video subjects with a dark background that there are some white "pinholes" (a term from the days of film) that come and go depending on the lighting on 2 of the cameras. Last night I noticed that one of the cameras will not focus to infinity with manual focus, but seems to do okay on automatic. If you could give me an idea on where to send them and how much it would cost I would appreciate it. Thanks, Dan
