I have a Sony HVR-Z1U...
I have a Sony HVR-Z1U and I shot some video today using the 1080i 60 setting and when I hit play on the camera, I don't get an image. I can see an imagine during rewind or fast forward, but not during play. I've checked and double check my settings and I can't see the video. Any help?

I thought the same thing, so I ran my cleaning tape and still nothing. Like an idiot I didn't try the second tape. I know, rookie mistake, but I put tape 2 in and it plays fine. Conclusion, bad tape and you just made an easy $18. Thanks for the input. Have a good one.
