I purchased a digital frame for fathers day and I can not figure…

I purchased a digital frame...
I purchased a digital frame for fathers day and I can not figure out how to download/upload the pictures from my computer to the fram. There where no instructions other than usein my memory car. My memory card is emty, everything is on my comuter. Please help me so i can give this to my husband for THIS Fathers Day.

I would appreciate if you could specify the exact model number of the digital frame. Usually the model number is XXXXX behind the frame.

 

Well,

 

There are different ways of displaying the picture on the photo frame.

 

The first option is to save few images on the memory card and then insert the memory card in the photo frame slot. To transfer images from PC to the memory card, you ought to have a memory card reader

 

The second option is to connect the Photo frame to the PC using an USB cable (to be purchased separately). Once the connection is established, then the images from PC can be transferred to the internal memory of the photo frame and then viewed.

I have tried the USB cable. I can plug the large side into my PC but the smaller side is too small for the frame

I am afraid, the USB cable what you have bought is not compatible.

 

Please get it changed, with a suitable one.
