Canon PC1227 DC4.3V

I have this camera that I gave to my husband.He has bad eyesight and loves the viewfinder and sma;l camera to put in his pocket.

It just stopped working for no reason. I bought another battery and that was not the problem.

Is there any place we can send it to see if it can be fixed and the cost to fix it.

Hi Stasha,I agree with large lcd on this model,as well as ease of operation. The most likely and most common defect on this model is a system board defect,and system board will most likely be in need of replacement.Since you have already replaced battery with new,repair will most likely be necessary,I do suspect this to be a cost effective repair on this model.The most economical repair route will be to contact mfg factory service for repair.Contact Canon factory service(Illinois) at(NNN) NNN-NNNNRepair estimate(flat rate labor and part availability) will be given.
