    My adult cat has episodes where she darts around, stops, grooms frantically for 5 seconds, runs around again. keeps running around like she is on drugs or something is after her.
    JA: I'll do all I can to help. Can you tell me a little more about the cat's situation? How long has this been a concern?
    Customer: we have had her for 2 years and it has happened every few months or so but last night was a different type, where she started chasing imaginary bugs and licking the floor.
    JA: Does the cat do this all the time or only sometimes?
    Customer: just every 3 to 6 months. It used to last about 4 minutes but last might was for a 1/2 hour.
    JA: Have you tried anything so far that helps the cat with this behavior?
    Customer: I have no idea what would help. we want to calm her because it looks stressful.
    JA: What's the cat's name?
    Customer: Fiona
    JA: Is there anything else the Vet should know?
    Customer: She was mauled by a pit bull before we got her. Injuries to her hip, and head, they think. And her tail was amputated.Customer: Chat is completed
