Customer: no it happened a week ago and he was doing better everyday but ran a lot yesterday and today he is limping and the "toe" is tender to touch

Customer: we just don't know if the swelling is do excessive exercise yesterday or infection on the site

Hello, we have had our Syrian hamster since September 2019. She was very active, but getting slower and sleeping longer gradually, until the weekend. She has now moved all her bedding and buried herself under it. We changed it on Sunday, and she buried herself again. We have seen her briefly - she has urinated in the usual corner, but not regularly. She will take a little food, but mostly the snacks and fresh food we leave for her.
