Hognose snake moving spastically
JA: I'll do all I can to help. Can you tell me a little more about the snake's situation? How long has this been a concern?
Customer: he was sleeping under his substrate, then all the sudden flew out and went in his water bowl then squirmed around for about a minute then went back to normal. He has had a few instances of moving rapidly to his waterbowl in the last month
JA: What type of food does he normally eat?
Customer: 2 Frozen thawed pinkie mice every 5-7 days. But he vomited one on jan1. I read thet you were supposed to wait 14 days before feeding again.
JA: And what's the snake's name and age?
Customer: Ophi, 1 year
JA: Is there anything else the Vet should know about Ophi?
Customer: He had also vomited in early December I believe both issues were related to animal husbandry. I now have much better temp measurement and installed a new thermostat for the under tank heatpad today. But we moved and it has been cold. Difficult to keep base tank temp up

My box turtles eyes wont open
JA: I'll do all I can to help. When did you notice the turtle had this eye issue? Any known allergies?
Customer: No allergies that I know off about 3 days ago I gave her turtle eye drops and they worked but now they've closed up again
JA: And what's the turtle's name and age?
Customer: Terri im unsure of her age she was given to me recently I know she's quite old
JA: Is there anything else the Vet should know?
Customer: I think that's it

I have a 1 1/2 year old panther chameleon with an eye infection
JA: I'll do all I can to help. Have you spoken to a vet about the eye infection yet? How long has this been going on with the chameleon?
Customer: I have not spoken to anybody yet. It started about 2 weeks ago. He cannot open his eye and today it looks like puss is coming out of it.
JA: What's the chameleon's name?
Customer: Panther
JA: Is there anything else the Vet should know?
Customer: he is eating and drinking fine.
