My dog seemed to need to go out suddenly/urgently this morning. There was quite significant blood in her urine. It was bright red, but when she went a 2nd time (within minutes) it was thicker/darker

Customer: Not really
JA: Does she seem more tired than usual?
Customer: No, but she is always pretty lazy -bullmastiff
JA: And what's the dog's name and age?
Customer: Laddu, about 8 years, spayed
JA: Is there anything else the Vet should know before I connect you? Rest assured that they'll be able to help you.
Customer: She takes thyro-tab and carprofen

My 3 month old male puppy. Got injured when we were gone. He was with an older male dog that he doesn't normally see. We can't get a good look at the wound but it appears that it is on his butt and possibly his tail is broken
JA: I'll do all I can to help. When did the puppy break his tail? Have you seen a vet yet?
Customer: We just got home from a day out with my family. So sometime today. We have not gone to a vet
JA: Did he bleed at all from the break?
Customer: Im not sure if thats why hes bleeding
JA: What's the puppy's name?
Customer: Dexter
JA: Is there anything else the Vet should know before I connect you? Rest assured that they'll be able to help you.
Customer: His tail is limp and the base is swollen and very tender

No matter what he eats, he has the runs. And right after he eats he starts whimpering and biting at his bum.
JA: I'll do all I can to help. What type of animal are we talking about?
Customer: Cocker Spaniel has about 8 months
JA: Did the Cocker Spaniel eat anything unusual recently?
Customer: No. I rescued him from the animal shelter a little over a week ago. He is currently updated on all of his vaccines.
JA: And what's the Cocker Spaniel's name and age?
Customer: Bentley about 8 or 9 months. The shelter wasn't for sure.
JA: Is there anything else the Vet should know before I connect you? Rest assured that they'll be able to help you.
Customer: Yes he is eating as normal, but I had to add some of the dog food broth to get him to drink water. He's still very energetic.
