    Hi, my two kittens have fleas and I want to give them both Advantage topical medicine, but they tend to groom each other. I was wondering how I should handle this so they don’t ingest the medicine?

    JA: I'll do all I can to help. Can you tell me a little more about the cat's situation? How long has this been a concern?
    Customer: My wife and I are separated and unfortunately continuing to be separated from one another. We have 2 cats that we have had for 2 years. They are brother and sister and I believe they are bonded. My wife will be moving house in the end of October/beginning of November. She wants to take 1 of them with her. I do not want to separate them. I am willing to relinquish both cats to her but where she is moving will only allow 1 pet. I am willing to take the responsibility of both cats. My question I guess is, "Should I allow the cats to be separated? Or will 1 cat or the other suffer in regards ***** ***** separated?"
    JA: The Vet will be able to answer your question, plus any follow-ups you may have. Does the cat ever go outside? Is she taking any medications?
    Customer: No they are strictly indoor cats. Neither are taking any medication at the moment.

    Pyrantel pamoate for my cats for roundworms treatment and prevention. They referred me to chewy but I was not able to find this product. I found it on Amazon but there was no description and on reading reviews and questions, it looks like it was meant for pinworms in humans. Can I use this product listed as: Pyrantel Pamoate Suspension 50 Mg 16 Oz Bottle by Generic for my cats? What dosage would I use for 8lb,10lb and 10.5lb cats?
