  • I have a 2500 gal pond with 24 koi ranging from 12 to 19 inches
    I have a 2500 gal pond with 24 koi ranging from 12 to 19 inches in size. Several had been infected with mouth and fin rot and ulcers on their body. 5 have die since. The pond has been treated with .3% salt then with Perfome C (after the salt was removed).Then Medi-Koi medicated koi food was fed for 12 days (~ 2lbs). On June 4th potasium permanganate treatment at 1 tsp per 800 gal of water was use for 5 consecutive days. The water is clear and tests show no abnormal numbers. I still see some koi with fin rot. 1 koi died today.

    I wander if you can suggest something more I can do??
