Customer Question
I have a Syrian...

I have a Syrian hamster. He has always been skittish, not easy to hold. Yet we can communicate in our own way that works for us.

Veterinarian's Assistant: I'll do all I can to help. What is wrong with the Syrian hamster?

He is dying. Can I pick him up & comfort him (& me), or would that cause him too much more stress

Veterinarian's Assistant: Is there anything else important you think the Veterinarian should know about the Syrian hamster?

I do honestly think it’s just too late & would b too expensive for me

He is the same will eat small pieces of cucumber and apple. Hoping that will help cause he doesn’t come out to drink water. Although he did come out from his igloo to greet me as he usually did in the am. Should I b preparing myself for his death?

How old is he?

Can you share a video of what you're seeing?
