My puppy peanut this...

My puppy peanut this morning is acting unusual he is very hipper he’s a yr old.... this morning I noticed that he hadn’t asked to go out yet.... so I rubbed his belly n I got up to take him out n he’s weak he can’t walk breathing is not heavy but he’s not responding

1- How old is Peanut?

2- Breed?

3- Did he get into anything?

4- Any vomiting, diarrhea or coughing?

He is 1 1/2 Breed is a mix of a small dog unknown.. he was outside yesterday for a little bit... no vomiting he hasn’t went potty yet no coughing

His eyes look weird gums are a pinkish pale and he’s not as warm as usual

Friend, I don't see anything abnormal with his eyes in the picture. As far as peanut being lethargic (no energy) this is a very non specific symptom and can be related to many different medical conditions that affect dogs. Unfortunately, I will not be able to pinpoint the exact underlying cause without a hands-on examination and some testing, I am sorry. But, common causes are a fever, infection, ingestion of a foreign body, toxicity, etc. to name a few causes. In this case, I would recommend a hands-on examination by your family veterinarian and blood work as an initial screening test this morning. Treatment will be based on exam and test results. If cost is a concerned I would look into your local ASPCA or Shelter where they often offer veterinary services at a lower cost.
