Can she walk up a low step?

she is wheezing when she breaths and doesn't come to me unless I put her on her legs
Veterinarian: Dr Marta Lepes, Veterinarian replied 2 years ago

She may have some chest or lung damage. I recommend that you have your vet check her for internal injuries.

Watch for worsening of the breathing, vomiting or loss of mobility. Those would indicate more serious problems and I would not wait until tomorrow. If your vet is not available go to an emergency clinic.

I talked to a vet and he said if she is walking ok just watch her and she should be ok
Veterinarian: Dr Marta Lepes, Veterinarian replied 2 years ago

But did you tell him about the wheezing?

Ask Your Own Veterinary Question
Veterinarian: Dr Marta Lepes, Veterinarian replied 2 years ago

I would agree if wasn't for the wheezing which could mean a chest or lung injury.
