my cat is a long-haired, white cat, between, 8-10 yrs old. took to vet, 3weks ago, he had a blood, test, an infection, they (vet) gave him a shot of anti-biotic, ok. for 2 wks, now today, (oh he got his appetite back) he wasn't eating the 1st wk, of his infection, now today, he just threw up all his wet, cat food. and he started to leave small stools on the carpet, but not diarrhea, what should I do??? alice

Alice, I'm sorry that your question wasn't answered in a timely manner. My approach would be to "watchful wait" at this time to see if Lucky's gastrointestinal distress persists or, instead, is a "one-off" occurrence. It's certainly possible that it represents a recrudescence (relapse without cure in between events) of 3 weeks ago but just as likely that it's unrelated and may pass unaided. I could be more informative for you if I could review his test results of 3 weeks ago. Can you upload a copy of Lucky's test results to our conversation? I understand that you might not have a copy at home but his vet can give you one which you can scan into your computer and then give me the file link or you can photograph the pages and upload them by using the paperclip icon above your message box (if you can see the icon) or by using an external app such as dropbox.com/

he did not tell me ANYTHING, I did not know!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't scan, or give him anything, I don't have a printer. allie, I would not give him a high rating this time. at all 1 star. allie
