Hi there,
Sorry to hear that Tosh ate your pill! Fortunately, this medication is pretty safe for animals. We can see some stomach upset/diarrhea (funny, since it's a medication for gastric reflux, right?), but the symptoms generally subside on their own.

If you're super worried, you can take Tosh to the vet, where they can induce vomiting and give him some charcoal to get rid of the medication, but in this case, I don't think that's necessary. He should be fine.
