Hi there,

Thanks for your question regarding your 8 week old teacup girl who has been dragging her bottom on the floor. There are typically three main causes for this including: 1.) intestinal worms (as you say), 2.) fleas or 3.) anal gland issues. Given she is only 8 weeks old, this is most likely either intestinal worms or fleas. Hopefully she has started her puppy worming course, if not - this is most likely due to intestinal worms. You will need to get your girl along to your local Vet to double check her weight as well as to have a reliable allwormer prescribed (like Drontal or Milbemax) for her exact weight. They can also get her a reliable flea product like Advantage to ensure she doesn't have live fleas irritating her back here.

Do try get some flea and worming treatment for your girl first thing tomorrow morning at your local Vet clinic if you can.

Kind Regards,
