Is it ok to feed my dog a leftover veal chop bone

Hi, thanks for your question! Dogs should not be fed bones, due to the risk of fractured teeth, and internal damage and blockages from swallowing pieces of bone. There are much safer chew toys for dogs to use, such as rawhide, which will be much less likely to cause a problem.

Well, what if he already ate it. Anything I should do?

You are going to need to watch closely for the next few days, for signs of abdominal pain, vomiting, diarrhea, lethargy, and loss of appetite. If any of these appear, then a veterinary visit and x-rays will likely be needed.
