my dog is vomitting yellow bile, lathargic,not eating and drinking

my dog is vomitting yellow bile, lathargic,not eating and drinking exessively, he has also started to have accidents in the house which he has never done before He just started vomitting yesturday.

urine. he has fatty lumps and last year he had bloodwork and was fine. He is not on any medications

He started with symptoms of drinking exessively a few weeks ago and having accidents which he has never done, but acted fine.

he is drinking but not eating. he vomitts every time he drinks

Your dog most likely has kidney or liver disease, or diabetic ketoacidosis, or cancer. All of these are quite serious. He needs to go to the ER as soon as possible for exam and bloodwork/urinalysis at the bare minimum.

He will need to get anti-vomit injection, and IV fluid therapy as soon as possible.
