I use Betgen spray 240 ml - Sebozole Shampoo. p\ramoxine creme rinse

Those products are really good. But, your dog may have a bacterial infection (superficial pyoderma) and will need oral antibiotics (cephalexin) for at least 3 weeks. The Betgen has a topical antibiotics but, also has a topical steroid and sometimes does not work well in bacterial infections. In addition, you may need to use a shampoo called Chlorhexiderm which works really well again infections. Discuss with your veterinarian about adding these therapy modifications.

If you have additional questions I will be glad to answer them.

We have been dealing with this for a long time. I s top all foodwith corn products. & now trying Form rubber in his bed (took it away) seams to help a little. the scrabs last a long time. Can't clear them up. I will try the shampoo you sugested. (don't think that's it) We now feed me Z/d which agrees with him. Snack are sweet potatoes treats.
Great, you have him on the best food regarding food allergies. Make certain he gets nothing else but the z/d.
