My man of 3 years thinks he has some type of bacteria / std…

I would like to point out as well that my man and I have always used protection and have never had unsafe intercourse, even though we both have taken the 10 panel std test multiple times and results all came back negativeHe thinks it may be something oral / through the mouth that can be transmitted through oral sex.I would just like to know a professional opinion and what I should be checking for and how / where I can go to get an oral swab to be checked for bacterial infections and / or oral stds etc if that’s even a thing

I have been researching on what all I can get orally tested / swabbed for, I would like to get tested for everything to ease my mind. I just need direction on what “everything” is from a professional standpoint, and where exactly I can get this done. Also if it’s something that needs to be referred / prescribed etc

My info:- 28 years old
- I have no symptoms, I get tested for stds / blood work every few months
- I am up to date on my Pap smear / visits etc
- I did get a wisdom tooth pulled a few months ago, not sure if this is relevant.
- I am sexually active with 1 partner
- intercourse protected with condoms
- I am not on birth control or any medications
- oral sex only includes blowjobsHis info:
- 53 years old
- symptoms are minor pain in bladder but only occurs after sex
- he was taking antibiotics for a different concern a few weeks back and his bladder pain disappeared during this time while he was on antibiotics (for something else), we were not having sex at this time / during this time
- immediately after we started having sex again, the pain reoccurred
- the pain is minor however it’s an inconvenience
- he’ll feel like he has to urinate a lot but then only a little bit will come out
- he has blood (not a lot) in his urine
- he has 2 sexual partners (including myself) however again we do get tested often for stds and all tests have came out negative for 3 years this July and the only sexual activity we do unprotected is oral sex (strictly blowjobs)We both are relatively healthy.He had / has kidney stones in the past, however not sure if this is relevant. Also high cholesterol. Again not sure if relevant.I just want to know what we’re dealing with so we both can be safe and assured.Any / all help would be greatly appreciated
