That is just soft tissue edema are you circumcised
the swelling may take a week to go downIf circumcised you should be ok just try to keep it upright against your stomach
as long as its no warm or red its just edema
if you are uncircumcised then you need to go to ER because foreskin will constrict the head but if that was the case you would be in pain. It looks like simple penile edema good luck it should get better ratings appreciated thank you
