I was Masterbating while on viagra and unable to orgasm so I continued for hours and finely went to sleep without reaching climax. I woke up to find the extra skin on the bottom of my penis left over from my circumcision was super swollen. In fact there is a slight rind you down my penis that is swollen as well. But the bottom of it the seems inflated like a big squishy knot is on it. The knot is about the size of a thumb wrapping around a third of my penis. It is does not hurt but is kinda uncomfortable although that could be in my head. I am a 47 your old male with no medical condition on on any medication. The viagra was for recreational purposes

No I did see a doctor here at the hotel but he had no idea what it was (he looked on google and couldn’t figure it out) and told me to ice it and apply hydrocortisone cream Twice a day. And call them on Monday if it’s stiill swollen it’s been 24 hours no real improvement

There was a auto correct it shou;d of said that there was a swollen ring around my penis. The top pat of my shaft has a swollen find smallish isn size and tho bottom was very swollen with a large squishy mass filling the excess skin on my shaft this is right below my penis head. it sounds like you rubbed your penis skin raw from masturbating for hours.

you need to use cold towels and cold compresses on the area

and coconut oil on the skin

and avoid sex and masturbation until the skin heals up.

The skin isn’t raw at all nor any pain. it looks like it was injected with silicone or some other botched procedure. I don’t really know how to describe it other then it looked like a big inflated balloon under my skin the size of a large human lip

What can I expect to be able to return to “normal” sexual activity not crazy drunk viagra endures self pleasure marathons. Is there any medications I should take? And when should I become concerned if it hasn’t gone away. It’s been about 20hours since Ifineshed masterbating and I don’t really see improvement. I have iced it for about 5 minutes 4 times today. No medication other than applying hydrocortisone cream 2 times. As I said there is no painI am in Amsterdam right now and have seen a local doctor here at the hotel and he couldn’t figure it out. it can take a week or two for the skin swelling to calm down
