39; pain in testicle; yes there is a discharge; urine stream stronger after 4 weeks on 1 antibiotics, now finishing 2 weeks of another (1st didn't seem to have an effect); broken leg 11 years ago; i am married 13yrs (yes unprotected sex); yes, still on antibiotics; last urologist haven't given a prognosis, had to wait 2 months (but now new symptoms arose)

I understand your concern.

Inflammation of the prostate (prostatitis) can also contribute to testicular pain and swelling.

As you are already taking antibiotics with little relief so I would recommend to discuss with your doctor to perform a repeat Ultrasound testes and a sample of fluid ('secretions') from the prostate may be collected to rule out infection in your prostate and tested for specific strain of bacteria and treat infection with particular antibiotic.

Such swelling in testicle shouldn't be ignored if it has appeared in last few days.

Take OTC Motrin and Claritin.

Apply cool compresses on affected area.
