These are nothing serious--they're called pearly penile papules--not an STD and nothing cancerous. They often go away on their own.
But it also looks like you have balanitis--a yeast infection of the head of your penis.
Again nothing too serious and it can be treated with topical clortrimazole cream three times a day for two weeks.
If that doesn't clear it up, you'll need prescription ketoconazole cream
