JA: Hi. What do you want help with?
Customer: Im male I had unprotected sex with a female last weekend this week i been having pain after i urinate and i get white discharge daily should i go to ER my doctor is booked
JA: How long have you had the pain? What seems to make the pain better or worse?

Yes I would recommend going to an urgent care or an ER since you need antibiotics for the treatment of the infection. Only with treatment your symptoms will decrease and a cure is possible.
