I am 86 years old 5'9' 200lbs married yet for 66 years I had a LUPRON injection April 19,2016 it is the worst thing that I put in my body...When does it leave me the shot ?
I now have water in my legs, sore knees, back pain, urinate often, no sex drive, is there anything I could do to help myself ? are their any minerals , vitamins, or food that would help, I know at my age , I will never be 16 years old with health but I would like to try...
please offer advice

I have prostate cancer, my psa 16..I do not take any medicine for it or anything else
I was looking for something not with typical medicine. Changing my diet ? does cottage cheese and flax seed help ?
sea-weed does it help ?

A low fat diet, if strictly adhered to, may slow progression of prostate cancer. There is not other natural medicine or food to change the prognosis. Let me know if you have any other questions.

No benefit from those components. Recent studies showed no change in prognosis.
