JA: Is the condition chronic, or acute?
Customer: It continues constantly.
JA: Anything else in your medical history you think the doctor should know?

Hello, this is Dr. David. I am reviewing your question now and will be with you momentarily.

I am sorry you have had such bad urinary incontinence.

this can be a bad side effect of prostatectomy surgery of your prostate gland.

I would use an artificial sphinter which can be operated by squeezing a switch in your scrotum.

this can give you control of your urination.

let me know if you have questions.
