Hi, I am an American Board Certified Neurologist with experience in treating all neurological and other medical conditions and I am very glad to help you with your health concerns.

The urine test does not show any cancer. If malignant cells are present then it is suggestive of cancer. But the urine test you have mentioned here shows no malignant cells so there is no cancer based on this test.

The urothelial cells are normal cells lining the urinary tract, and urine test may normally show these cells.

There is some blood or blood elements too in this urine test – this needs further evaluation & investigations. Normally urine should not show blood or blood products so this needs further evaluation. Finding of blood does not automatically imply something serious, but it needs to be further addressed.

Once again, this urine test did not show any cancer cells.
