Can your kidneys be damaged even though your blood work came back good for kidney function I'm drinking a lot of water but producing very little pee


There is more likely a problem in the bladder.

However, to answer your question, yes, the kidneys can be damaged 30 to 50% before it shows up on blood work, but they would usually still be functional.
