I have had pain and pressure in vagina and lower stomach for over a week. Was tested for uti and was negative. Had internal and pelvic sonogram. also negative. Tried macrobid and did not help. Any other ideas of what this could be. Definitely feels like a uti. Could culture tests have missed something.

Bladder prolapse is also likely.

Urologist should be consulted with.

This can be diagnosed by the urodynamic studies.
