Began almost 1 moth ago taking Lactulose Soln 10 gram, 15

Customer Question

began almost 1 moth ago taking Lactulose Soln 10 gram, 15 ml, at first week it stopped the burning, screaming diarhea. i'm about to buy another laxative to get by. i've been diagnosed with cirrosis, 7 yrs. diverticulitis, 2 yrs. history of polyps + 4 veresees bands, this is done due to clot in major artery from liver recently discovered.
Ive used topical hemarhoid creams & salves of every brand with & without this or that, vaseline, carmex, sunscreen... sitting in a shallow hot bath seems to help by numbing -- but doesnt last & becomes a tedious chore sdince i have no energy.HELP anyt6hing to try for hemarhhoids or laxatives?
any test my dr hasnt done?

This is Dr. David

with bad hemorrhoids, surgery and banding are probably the best long term solution to get rid of them

25mg hydrocortisone suppositories twice a day can help shrink internal hemorrhoids.

ask your doctor for lidocaine suppositories and lidocaine 5% ointment which can help numb the area and decrease pain from the hemorrhoids.

Lactulose is a strong laxative

also you can try 1/2-1 bottle of magnesium citrate which is a strong laxative as well sold over the counter.

let me know if you have other questions.
