I am 63 years old. I have frequency of urination at night.

I am 63 years old. I have frequency of urination at night. I wake up at 2-3 times at night to pass urine.
I don't have any day time symptoms, no frequency or urgency. My flow is normal. I do not strain during urination. I never had any UTI.
My physician has prescribed tamsulosin .8 mg and finasteride*****is medications are okay. I feel little improvements with these medications.
